This place needs a thorough cleaning and a lot of updating. It was a shame that there were only three people working while we were there. It was very busy. One person was delivering while the other two were trying to do everything else from waiting tables to making the pizzas. We waited a long time (over an hour for our food). Although our pizza was good and the people were friendly we won't be back.
Ridiculous, call to place an order, i was placed in hold for 20 minutes. I called again they were very rude and their excuse was that were busy. Delivery took too long and my order was wrong. Definitely not a good place. I hope headquarters knows about this. Very mad
Looking at my credit card app today. An they have charged my card two times. Now they are not answering there phone so I can get to the bottom of it. All though the food was good. When it comes to your money, that is another ball park. I was charged $40.87 & $36.34 for the same meal. One hit my account on the 9th & the other on the 10th. I am from out of town so this has got to be fixed ASAP.... I will be going down there to get it fixed if they continue not to answer the phone. The name on the receipt is Megan.
Ordered a pizza. Called after 40 minutes they said it was out for delivery. Waited another 25 minutes and cancelled. I was staying at a hotel less than a mile away and they just lied hoping I would wait longer. I could crawl the distance in less than 25 minutes.
We ate at this location tonight. In spite of no air conditioning we stayed. This location needs a thorough cleaning. The staff were dressed in jeans , only the waitresses jeans appeared to be laundered. The food was ok but again after seeing the cook after we received our food I question the cleanliness of the food prep areas. We will not be going back because of the cleanliness.
