Our business orders from Jimmy John's often. The sandwiches are always made correctly with all of our additions/subtractions. The order can be delivered within 1/2 hour or the time we need. Staff is professional, helpful, and friend. The food is great!
Ordered the Roast Beef and Cheese sub which had two little pieces of Roast Beef on it and I'm still looking for the cheese. There are much better options for a sub in Hagerstown!
i love the simplicity of their subs and the ease of ordering. I was not impressed with the cashiers attitude. I always request an extra cup of ice and today without saying a word she billed me for an extra drink. I told her that just last week the Mgr said it wasn't a problem but apparently the policy just changed today. I spend almost $15.00 for a sandwich, chips, pickle and a drink and they want to charge me an extra $1.95 for a cup of ice? I guess I just need to go elsewhere. The gentlemen that was making the subs was very nice!

Bunch of kids working there goofing off, don't know the recipes for the sandwiches. Please go in or expect to get something different than what you ordered and if you do go in check the sandwich before you leave.
