Despite being able to talk to friendly courteous representatives on the phone, the homeowners insurance they sell is terrible. Claims representatives are not responsive, courteous, or trustworthy. Their main goal appears to do anything they can to get out of properly processing a claim. Would strongly NOT recommend.
