Terry Fincham has been our insurance agent for many years she has always stayed in contact with us to insure our coverage is up to date . Recently we had some damage to our roof caused by the incredibly bad winter cold, snow and ice. We made a claim with Allstate claims department and started getting estimates for the needed repairs. The Allstate claims office seemed to be taking a lot longer then necessary considering our roof was leaking badly into the second floor of our house. When I could not get an answer from Allstate claims I called Terry, she not only answered right away she told me she would take care of everything and advised me to always call her when we make a claim so she could insure that everything went quickly and smoothly. Thankfully less then 1 hour after I spoke with Terry the Allstate claims department called to tell me they were covering the claim and cutting us a check immediately. Terry continued to follow through to make sure the money arrived and that we were satisfied with the repair. Terry Fincham will always be our agent and if we ever have another claim I know she will make sure all goes well. It is nice to know we have an insurance agent looking out for our needs at all times.
The experience with the office of Terry Fincham is great. The staff is always friendly and always more than willing to help in any way! I don't expect this at all but when i send an email in the late evening I will get a response back from someone after hours. This office is great, and I would encourage you to give them a chance to look at your insurance needs.
on March 31 a guy ran his red light and hit me in the intersection and my car had to be towed I called allstate and they asked for me to email them the police report that clearly states the other guy was at fault and allstate said that's not good enough and will not give me a rental car it has been 6 days me or my husband cannot get to work because allstate is to cheap to go e us a rental for their clients negligence this is the 2nd time allstate has screwed me and is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with

I love having Terry and her team as my Allstate agents. They are always nice, professional and helpful. And I feel that they take a personal interest in me, I'm not just insured policy # blah blah blah. They always contact me with things that could be helpful for me and when I was experiencing a very difficult time while applying for disability, they were always there to help me figure out what to do to adjust my policy so I could stay insured.
