Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. I've been going there for back pain and post shoulder surgery. I just returned there after changing health plans and would never think of going anywhere else.
O'Neill's physical therapy as a great place. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything is clean and comfortable. And they're very punctual with your appointment. I've had to go there several different time and each time was a pleasurable experience

Not good physical therapy. No good customer service by owner
I tried a place in Robinwood Medical Center and they treated me like my pain was all in my head for a couple months. I was in severe pain to the point of being in a wheelchair. I went to O'Niell PT in tears, the doctor looked at my back and new instantly what was wrong. She had me do a few exercises and I left with no pain and was walking!!
