I need to make this complaint because this is important. I don't know who's in charge with this clinic. When I went there on the very first day. They started complaining that I was too early. Okay. I had to get there early because of not being near the area and having to catch a bus there. Going there for the first time, the first doctor was a little bit rude towards me. The second Dr was okay. However, they gave me an appointment for Monday around 8:10. When the clinic doesnt open up until around 8:30. First of all, the lady on the phone told me that my appointment was setup on the 31st of this month. Alright, cool. Turn back around, they sent me an email saying the 24th. This is when I rescheduled. Alright, got up around 6. Luckily I called them and what do you know? Nobody answers the phone and they leaves a voicemail saying that they're closed. Now today, they're saying I missed an appointment for today. When there were no signs of them saying I had an appointment today. If you're out of their league, I wouldn't suggest you going to this clinic. It seems like theyre all for upper class people. If not, they're racist. P.s. I even went there early before anyone else and still waited there for an hour or so. The people who came in after me, was the ones who was seen before me. The whole waiting room was starting to get empty. I appreciated Dr.Hawa doing his job. Then again, this was my whole complaint about this place.
The phlebotomists here are amazing! They are so fast and I never bruise up after they draw my blood. Dr. Toso is also very kind and professional. She called me personally to tell me about my test results which, to me, shows that she truly cares for each patient. I highly recommend going here!
Would never go anywhere else. I've seen many ob / gyn Dr's at different locations. None compare the least bit to CWC in hagerstown. Especially when it comes to Dr. Hawa and Dr. Woo. 5 stars doesnt do them justice!
The midwives are great im currently seeing them for my 2nd all natural preg/delivery through them.... i don't care for dr Solberg at all... but the rest of the drs are pretty good as well
Please don’t take a one line sentence review to heart saying Dr.Toso is not to be seen. Take it from a woman that has been with her since 2013 and will only book appointments with her!
I didn’t expect to write a review. I only googled CWC to get their address for paperwork. I saw a review that someone said they were good except Dr.Toso. I can’t believe what I read! Absurd! Dr.Toso is the most caring, goes way and beyond to ensure her patients are receiving the very BEST care! She delivered both of my boys. My first child is Autistic and when I told her about the diagnosis (while an annual check up) she just listened and was not a doctor but a friend. My second pregnancy (I was over 35 so I had extra testing) she went above and beyond and ordered more test because she knows me (her patients so well). I remembered her calling me personally, many times of the results of tests. She told me that I was having another boy through the blood work results and I just remember her excitement just as much as mine. I wouldn’t book anyone else except for Dr.Toso with my second because I know her and the trust was instantly there from our very first visit. I had C sections with both boys. I didn’t do well with my first (I had issues with the drugs and upperdural) and was scared for my second. She braced my shoulders and talked me completely through the upperdural process. She told me it was done, I did excellent. I looked at her and said they did everything?!? She said yes! It’s because of her that I handled everything so well and she gave me so much comfort. I am ever so grateful to Dr.Toso because she did care for me and my boys both times!! The VERY BEST doctor!
