I just want to say this place is top notch. Flohrs is the best place around for pools and hot tubs. I was in search of a hot tub and I went there and Jordan Meadows was my salesman and he was very knowledgeable and also understood my wants and needs this guy knows his hot tubs. He was in contact with me through the delivery and orientation showed me everything in detail. If you are in search of anything from pools to hot tubs see Jordon Meadows. He's awesome!!

I never had any experience with a hot tub prior to shopping here. Brian the salesman is more then just somebody that sells hot tubs. He has been with me since day one. Upon setup he came on site to explain how to use and maintain the tub. Concerns I’ve experienced all small he was quick to get a resolution, everyone I’ve dealt with are true characters of how to provide excellent customer service. 6 months since my purchase and I’m still happy and recommend Flohr Pools.
