I´ve heard that Burkholder´s has a longstanding good reputation, but only from people who are in a business that contracts for 5-25 separate jobs. I contracted for a one-time floor replacement of only 4 rooms in my own home. The result is that the value of my home has gone down because the flooring looks so bad. My experience was entirely frustrating and disappointing. Dorsey did the other two rooms and it was more satisfactory.
