I'm getting to the point where I'd rather shop elsewhere; I understand the goal is an efficient checkout, so customers aren't waiting unnecessarily-however, there is such a thing as sacrificing customer satisfaction for attempts at "efficiency".
Was very nice I love it there when I come there to get things have a nice Thanksgiving God bless
I understand while we were unloading our cart on to the conveyor belt, the che kout associate was asking (exasperated) for our sams club card, my guess, in order to start ringing up the order while we unloaded; my husband became frustrated that he was trying to unload the carts while simultaneously being asked to produce his sams club card-
The only thing I can STAND is when walking through the store usually someone is standing by the TV section trying to sell you something, it's really really annoying! If I wanted that service or item I would approach them. It's like they are begging and trying to manipulate you to buy something you don't want!
Although this is a well-kept store that is well-stocked, as compared to other Sam's Club's we've been to, unfortunately we have had more than one experience where we are feeling rushed at the checkout line; on this occasion, where there was NO customer at the checkout, either behind us or in front of us, and no long lines waiting on other checkout lines ( I admit, a very unusual situation), yet, while we were trying to unload our carts onto the conveyor belt, (a LARGE order) the checkout person began acting rudely, like she was frustrated that we were taking too much time getting our cart unloaded, like we were holding up her line, or just wanted to get this large order "done"; this aggravated my husband, which was further compounded when the checkout person, sensing my husbands getting aggravated, called over her supervisor ( had we not spent the better part of two hours shopping, knowing my husband, I'm surprised he didn't just leave everything in the cart and tell the clerks he didn't want any of the items, and just walk out of the store)
Had the most awesome young lady help with renewing my membership she explained everything to me and was so patient with me and helped me put everything in my. Cell phone best I have ever been. Treated in your store total respect from her
Sam's Club is awesome! And the new app on phone to scan items as you go through the store is sweet! No more waiting in longggggggg lines. Simply scan and walk out the door! And the money I save at Sam's is great too!
Great place to shop. Many options of foods and other things you'll need. The prices are good for the quantity. Also the gas is typically cheaper than the local competitors.
I was behind my husband in line and, also unloading, did not hear the clerk-if I had, I would have gone to the head of the line, produced the card, and checked the register, while each item was being rung up-this is why we try unloading our items BEFORE beginning the sale, saving us the hassle of checking the receipt AFTER the sale, which is what we had to do on this occasion, before leaving the store- I do know, during checkout, when I asked about getting discounts on some of the items, the checkout associate acted like I shouldn't bother asking her about a total of $21.00 in rebates, I guess because it was such a large order, why ask her about a MERE $21.00?
