I love this shop. I order for my girlfriend for special days and they deliver to her work and the flowers are always very fresh and the bouquet is always done great and she is always very happy and satisfied and her co workers get slightly jealous of how nice they look. I will always come back and get my flowers from bens flower shop!
I ordered an arrangement last minute for a funeral, online after hours to be delivered the next morning only an hour after they opened knowing of course that this may not be possible. First thing after they opened they called too verify my card bc of an error on exp. date and informed me they had made the arrangement and it would be delivered on time to the funeral home. The arrangement was as beautiful as it looked in the photo online. The pricing was affordable compared to others. I will definitely be using them as a florist in the future. I greatly appreciate them getting the arrangement done so quickly and the grieving family loved it. Thank you so much!!
Flowers were pretty, but we ordered them a day in advance for a funeral and we requested that the flowers be at a residence before 1 PM, they agreed. Then the day of we got a call at 1, and they told us the flowers would be delivered between 2 and 5, we got them at 4:45 PM. I understand the workflow can be killer sometimes, but still.
