I scheduled my “new patient appointment” over the phone, this afternoon. First off, they were booked for new patients, through July. I was very in unhappy with the attitude, I was given, by the representative on the phone...since I was trying my hardest to stay cordial...When we were done speaking, she didn’t even tell me what me what provider I was going to see, for my first appointment! I’m not looking forward to seeing them for my first appointment in July...
I love going here everyone is very nice and Ms. walker is the best! I just thank god for having her! She listen to what you have to say!
I have never seen such an unprofessional collection Of Doctors and healthcare workers in one medical center in all my life. They cancel appointments and never call to tell you, so you show up for an appointment that has been canceled. Doctors and Therapist's have all quit at the same time, leaving you to find services elsewhere. You have to make an appointment to be seen instead of the traditional 6 month visit as routine. If you are sick and try to make an appointment you have to call at 7:30 am and hope they have something, they never have for me in the 2 years I've been with them. THIS PLACE JUST ALL AROUND SUCKS!!!
Would give a no stars if I had the option. They all around are unorganized they cancel appointments and don’t tell you. They could care less about ppl that suffer from any mental health issues. I could go on and on. I highly recommend you avoid going to Family health care of Hagerstown
