I tried to set up an appointment as a new patient and found it impossible due to the poor customer service of the extremely rude woman who answers the phone. She refused to help me and spoke to me so rude. She acted like I was bothering her by calling. Maybe she should find a new job since she sucks so bad at the one she has. I went with another dentist in the area who was polite and willing to help me. If you want to go to a good dentist office don't pick Antietam Valley dental, it's a miracle they get any new patients with how rude the woman who answers phone is. She wouldn't even give me her name. Probably because she knew she was being a jerk!!
The lady at the front desk with the blonde, shoulder length hair is VERY rude!! I went in to ask a question and she acted like I was bothering her and just looked at me like I was beneath her, she pretty much made me feel like an idiot on front of the patients that were in the waiting room. If you want new patients I suggest getting a new receptionist.
