Clean, organized, friendly cashiers. Only one register open initially but help arrived promptly.
The problem that I have is that if the system is known to be broken, either fix it, or don't have customers use it.
My wife and I (mostly my wife) are having a baby and we went here to register. We spent 2 1/2 hours walking around and picking stuff out. We were warned to keep an eye on the machine as it sometimes "loses" items. Each time we clicked, it counted up. Long story short, we lost about 53 items and a lot of time. Toys r us lost about two grand and our business for the foreseeable future. Target is right around the corner and online shopping is cake.
They did not have the specific item I was looking for, online they said they had it. Othst than that it's a very nice store. Everyone super friendly and helpful.
Toys R Us used to always be stocked with all the new and coolest toys. Now, not so much. Yet I still enjoy shopping there.
