Tracy Jones, store manager, was so helpful! She helped my son find styles that suited him! She knew the products well, and spent so much time making sure we were taken care of and happy. She also cleared up an issue we had with a corporate promotion. Highly recommend!!!

We went to this location over a year ago to get the rental process started for our memorial day wedding. We left happy feeling like everything was on track. We had a slew of issues throughout the year including rude employees and the measurements being completely wrong. Got it all squared away to be picked up at a different store because of this and receive a call from the other store that somehow, after being assured by people from both stores that the suit would go to the correct store it still ended up in Hagerstown. Called and spoke to the manager Paul who offered to personally take care of us today and followed through. We left happy and ready for our wedding.
On a Thursday evening it was difficult getting waited on. Staff chatting with one another. Service was lackluster. One employee on the phone with customers needing assistance, asked manager for assistance and received none. I guess he wasn't interested in working. The staff person assisting have a handle on what he needed to be doing. Not impressed.
