Was told one thing over the phone, traveled to the facility, was told something different. Called sprint customer service and was on the phone for over an hour. I got disconnected with Sprint, and I haven't been able to resolve "my" issue, which was a mistake done by this store in the first place.
We had A GREAT experience here for my birthday gift. Brandon was very helpful and got us the best deals that were available and helped us choose the best plan for us! Strongly recommend this store and always recommend Sprint! Thanks guys!
Best experience we've ever had at a Sprint Store. We went on to get two phones replaced and both were complete in a matter of minutes. Jeff Wilson was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. Thanks Jeff for making our day!

Ryan who is the Manager at this store seems to be very prejudice against people of color. He made us feel that people of color aren't suppose to have money or something. We had two actually get our devices through another store due to his inability to service anybody of color. Very disappointed in this store and the company he is representing. Just a heads up Ryan, people of color have $ too!
