Been renting here for several months now. Easy access, friendly & helpful staff. Would recommend to friends & family.
The staff is helpful and friendly. The units are temperature controlled which is great and they are doubly secured; as you can padlock specific unit and requires passcode to enter the gates.
I have to admit, I was spoiled at my last storage facility in Winchester VA because of our church relationship and being friends with the proprietor. We were treated as family and had a great experience. I never thought I would be able to say that about any other subsequent facility, however, Nicole Nischan, Store Manager at the storage facility in the title, has made me feel almost like family as well. The very first day, I witnessed her personal touch with the two people in front of me, and first hand when she dedicated herself to serving me and my son. We got an exciting ride on her golf cart to our personal tour of the facility. The prices are competitive, but I did feel it was a little high for the size of space. I suppose I can live with that. But, Nicole went far beyond the call of duty, when she personally brought two "dollies" to assist us in our transfer of family "stuff" to our storage facility and for that, we are indebted. Thank you so much, as I did not even know that they were available. Another nice touch might be to have a truck available for the renters to use at no extra cost, (just gas), to help them move the things to other locations when needed. I will recommend this Extra Space Storage facility at 201 All Star Ct, in Hagerstown, MD whenever possible. Thanks, Terry
