At this point without the call being recorded it's just he said / she said she said. But I still leave the one-star review for bad customer service. The representative should have clarified what she thought she heard before assuming and hanging up without any explanation to me.
This place is outstanding. I love getting a full body massage from Jan (a male). Now I am into their essential oils. I have posted photos of this place in another post.

Update: Had my wife call and apparently the receptionist heard I asked how much more is it for a happy ending.
The massage was for my wife, why would I waste my time and their's asking something like that.

Called to ask for a massage availability time. Was given a time, then asked if oil is used and Liz said "no". I then asked if I could pay attentional for oil and the call disconnected. Called back and got Liz again and she said she disconnected on purpose and hung up again.
Never felt more disrecpted in my life for just asking a question.
