I went in to order a 3-piece chicken combo, I was told combo is not available only platters are available, so I order onion rings and cajun rice, when the order was served I had to ask the guy three times for sweet heat dipping sauce , I asked for 3 sauces and he just flicked two and left. When i came home this was the smallest 3piece meal i have ever seen from popeye, I mean ridiculosly small size pieces, and below it i see 6 pieces of MASHED onion rings, I mean which genious puts chicken on TOP of rings, and the other side?? A bag of fries...come on now.. I asked for rice not fries... and how can you not serve a combo when I am standing there waiting for my order and i see in your changing screens a combo option available. Seriously... I have been going to popeyes for over 10 years now..this is the first time i feel compelled to right a comment, looks like you are most interested in passing your sides that too the ones you prefer, if this continues you are losing customers big time.
