We moved in 5 days ago & we have had nothing but horrible service from the property management company. Now they won't even return our calls regarding missing mailbox keys and parking passes! I know they are the middle man between tenants and owners but they are a company and they are not well represented when tenants spend 4 hours cleaning a house that was agedly "professionally cleaned" on move in day. We were not given a key to our mailbox but instead told to go buy our own! Then we received warning notices on our vehicles because no one mentioned parking passes were required in our development! When contacted about these issues, I was given a waiting game. Absolutely horrible service but unfortunately we are stuck in a lease for another 360 days. JOY!
Taylor was an excellent agent, he answered all our questions without pressuring us to buy. He was patient while we looked at properties and was immediately available to answer our questions throughout the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
