I went in with my dog who needed a smaller harness so she could not escape as beagles tend to do. The young man working was very helpful and not pushy at all about selling me things i did not need. He even offered treats to get with my permission so that the process went smmothly.
Love the store itself and the products, however, the staff is often rude, and make you feel uncomfortable in the store. They are more interested in trying to sell you a product, and trying to over “educate,” rather than listen to your pets needs, like special diets.
Very friendly and intelligent staff that understands their products. I like their ability to help find the right product for the customer instead of having an "I don't know" attitude like workers at larger pet stores.
