One of my husband and my favorite places of all times. We went a lot when living in VA/WV areas. Love the sushi there. We took our families and friends there when they visited us for our wedding. It's been over 2.5 years since we've gone; we've relocated to Charlotte. We still miss this restaurant and talk about it all the time. Totally recommend it!!!
Food was very good and came in huge portions. We have at least another meals worth of leftovers. The staff was polite and helpful. It was a very enjoyable meal.
A local landmark. It seems like Kobe has been around forever, and it's because the for is great, the hibachi is entertaining, and the owners care. I like both sides, the hibachi or the sit down area typically used for sushi. The rolls are delicious, so explore their options. The hibachi comes with three sauces, one called yum yum sauce, and that's exactly what it is. Typically pretty big portions (one hibachi carry out feeds my wife and myself) so the price is not bad at all.
Fantastic food, prompt service, a huge menus to choose from. Every part of my friend and I`s meal was cooked perfectly and tasted better than most Japanese restaurants in the area. The prices are extremely affordable and surprisingly cheap considering the large portion sizes.
