I drive 40 mins to MVA of Hagerstown to avoid their Frederick location! Frederick has poor customer service, awful attitudes. Which you have the complete opposite experience when you go to the MVA Hagerstown Office. These lovely people are cut from a different cloth and deserve recongtion!! Keep up the awesome job and experience you guys create each in every day
Was able to get in and renew my drivers license in thirty minutes. Very accommodating and helpful staff.
The staff at the Hagerstown MVA was beyond polite and went above and beyond to help me with my current situation (I received horrible and impersonal service at another MD location). I will definitely travel the extra 45 minutes to visit them for my MVA needs!
Not too bad an experience , don't like the self serve computers.rather deal with a human.
Well we brought everything ON THE CHECKLIST for my daughter's driving test... too bad the checklist did not include the registration and proof of insurance for vehicle!! (Granted, we should have had these items with us, but I had my old (expired) card and that didn't work. ) Thankfully I was able to look up my policy # online, but I feel it should be included on the checklist. Be advised! This was not something we thought about as we meticulously prepared for this MVA visit.
