I think the customer service is 5 Star. It is great that you can keep a rug for a bit and return is free. I bought a rug but it did not work out for me. Luckily I saved all the wrapping and sent it back. I did not end up buying a rug from them but nevertheless I would highly recommend this company. George was particularly helpful.
