My husband loves Lowes. I am not a big fan of hardware stores, but we always find what we need and even purchased discontinued items at an amazing price. Customer service is great, there are some well known employees who will always go above and beyond to help us with home improvements ideas and such.
I had one employee really help me out today, and I wanted to let him know how much I appreciated him. Ironically, the same day, after a huge purchase, the cashier left some of my items (by accident in the store.)I live an hour away, and called customer service to see if there was any way ( ship, they do sell boxes?.... meet me in a rental truck.... anything??). Unfortunately, I had horrible/ unacceptable customer service interaction with the customer service rep, who was nothing short of rude with an attitude. The proper response would have been " wow, so sorry to hear that happened- let me see what I can do." After this incident, I tried to email manager at email on reciept- doesnt work! Called they said" oh he's here let me put you through to him" ....never answered. Finally I just left my name and number. It's been a few days, haven't heard a thing. Hopefully, this manager reads this review and understands that they are in the wrong position, and don't care about their quality of customer service. Your tile section is a mess too. Home depot is way more friendly and organized. Won't be back to shop here after this experience.

45 mins ask for help from 4 different people....no help showed up...and no one tried to help with my complaints of no help
The store is clean and well organized. I looked up the item I wished to purchase, on line, found the price, location, and quantity in stock. I checked myself out quickly and easily. I even had enough time left to look at a few dreams.
