I have been going here for so long my hair is about 10inches from touching the floor. I remember going to Bogard's when the where downtown Hagerstown, The staff is so friendly and listen to your needs and doesn't push you into something that makes you not to come back. You will come back they make you feel special. They greet you when walk in offer you a beverage and they always smiling of Happiness. Cost its great prices
